Aquadan Log: Day 1
I think I got off to a good start on my Aquadan project. This morning I sacrificed my regular coffee, because the sun had come up before I got a chance go grab a cup. I made a mental note that I only have half an hour between 6:30 when I arrive at work and 7:00~ish when the sun rises, so I'll need to be more quick tomorrow if I want to enter the day fully charged and caffeinated.
My total intake for the day was a 32 oz cup of water and a 33 oz. (actually, 1 liter) bottle, coming out to ~65 ounces. Not bad for my first day!
The exhaustion hit me as soon as I got home, however, and I took a 45 minute nap to rest up before I could (finally!) allow myself a Sugar Free Red Bull and got to studying for my final tomorrow. Wish me luck! I'll have to start this final on NO caffeine at 5 pm tomorrow. Yuck!

Is Red Bull Sugar Free any good? Taste the same?

Sugar free Red Bull is pretty good. I had three of them leading up to my final. Haven't tried the real stuff so I have no basis for comparison.
