Gmail invitations

I have five more invitations to Gmail available, if anyone wants one. I will trade a Gmail invite for an interesting blog post, at least one paragraph in size, about any [non-obscene] topic, that can be posted right here at Cynthoughts central. What a cheap and easy way to keep my blog full of material and give away Gmail invites at the same time.

Anyone reading this probably already has one, but I thought I would offer. I remember a time not so long ago when Gmail invites were so coveted that they were being sold on eBay right along with used clothes and coffee makers. Now it seems they've fallen into ubiquity. Let's see... it's not saying much anymore to be checking your Gmail on your internet-ready cell phone at the local corner Starbucks with a copy of The DaVinci Code in hand and listening to John Mayer on your MP3 player. Yep. Ubiquity.

1 Comments:

  • Ubiquity: Existence or apparent existence everywhere at the same time; omnipresence: “the repetitiveness, the selfsameness, and the ubiquity of modern mass culture” (Theodor Adorno).
